Returns If in the event that you are not happy with a particular item bought through the British Empire, you can exchange that item if it is return to us within 14 days. However, the article must be unworn and in new condition. All returns be sent to us free of charge, please. In the event that the item to be exchanged for is not immediately in our warehouse or if you are for any reason not happy with the exchanged article, return the article for a full refund.
